TYPES OF WORKS 1. Work on setting up an automatic control system (ACS) of any degree of complexity. 2. Vibrodiagnostics, balancing and commissioning of turbines of various capacities, auxiliary equipment of power plants, as well as other rotary equipment of industrial enterprises. Performance of work to assess the general condition of equipment. Issuing recommendations for repairs, as well as assessing the quality of repairs. 3. Performing static and dynamic tests, including measurements of the response time of nodes. 4. Tests by discharge of electric load. 5. Assessment of the condition of the system and identification of defects. 6. Maintenance and technical consultations. 7. Repair, adjustment and bench tests of safety machines for steam turbines, PTN drive turbines and centrifugal speed controllers of the RS-3000 type. 8. Registration of technical documentation.1. DISAR Нами разработан уникальный комплекс средств удаленного мониторинга за состоянием системы автоматического регулирования паровой турбины. Система "ДИСАР" состоит из набора датчиков, которые ставятся в разные части турбины и снимают с нее все жизненно важные показатели, и головного устройства, принимающего все данные. Данное устройство ведет архивацию и складирование данных и обладает функционалом, позволяющим произвести подключение к нему в любой момент времени из удаленной диспетчерской. Удаленный контроль состояния САР турбины позволяет принимать первентивные меры по устранению неполадок и при необходимости осуществлять оперативный выезд специалиста. |
